1. TERMS OF PAYMENT

Customers can choose one of the following payment methods when purchasing Imperial Caviar products:

1.1. Prepayment (Preferred Method)

• Payment by bank transfer to the specified account.

• Full payment is required before delivery.

1.2. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Area Restrictions

• Applicable in certain areas only.
• Customers need to prepare the correct amount when receiving the goods.

1.3. Request for VAT invoice (Red invoice)

• If you need a VAT invoice, please notify us at the time of purchase or within the same month of purchase.

2. ORDERING PROCESS

Step 1: Choose the desired caviar product.

Step 2: Check order information, quantity and price.

Step 3: Enter payment information and shipping address.

Step 4: Select payment method:

• Bank Transfer – Payment information will be provided upon confirmation.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) – Only available in select areas.

Step 5: Confirm order and complete payment.

Step 6: After receiving payment, Imperial Caviar Vietnam will proceed with delivery.

3. DELIVERY POLICY

3.1. Delivery time

We will endeavour to deliver same day if possible. If not, delivery will be made at earliest opportunity.

3.2. Shipping fee

• In Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Phu Quoc, Hoi An, Nha Trang: Delivery fee will be calculated based on address and shipping unit.

• Shipping fees are calculated based on distance and order weight .

3.3. Terms of delivery

• Customers need to provide accurate address to avoid delays.

• We may not be able to deliver to remote areas or where transportation is limited .

4. RECEIVE AND CHECK GOODS

• Customers must check the product immediately upon receipt , before signing confirmation.

• If there is any problem , please notify the delivery staff immediately .

• Once the order is confirmed, we do not handle any complaints .

5. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

5.1. Products are not eligible for exchange/return.

• All caviar and fresh produce products are non-refundable .

• Exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged upon delivery .

5.2. Conditions for product exchange

• Customers must report errors or wrong delivery within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

• We only support exchange if the error comes from Imperial Caviar .
• 
  
• Customers need to provide purchase invoice and clear photo of defective product.

5.3. Cases of no refund

• Opened or used caviar boxes are not eligible for refund or exchange .

• Promotional products, discounts or gift cards are not eligible for exchange/return .
