When two icons of refinement meet – Champagne Salon from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, which only appears in truly exceptional years, and Imperial Caviar Berlin – a name loved by Michelin chefs worldwide, the evening becomes a memorable taste journey.
In a cozy and minimalist space, three prestigious vintages of Champagne Salon – 2007, 2012 and 2015 – were introduced, paired with selected caviar from Imperial. Each glass of wine, each spoonful of caviar was purposefully paired, supporting and revealing the deepest layers of flavor.
With the guidance of a champagne expert, guests not only taste, but also feel – the depth, precision, and character of each creator.
Champagne Salon
Founded in the early 20th century by Eugène-Aimé Salon—a visionary pioneer—the Champagne house Salon is a unique name in the Champagne region. With a unique philosophy and approach, Salon produces only one wine: the pure Blanc de Blancs, made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in a single vineyard in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. This absolute commitment to terroir, grape variety, and vintage has resulted in a rare cuvée that reflects the time and the land.
Released only in truly exceptional years—typically fewer than four vintages per decade—each bottle of Salon Champagne is a testament to patience, precision, and a quest for perfection. With the potential to develop over decades, Salon wines are prized by connoisseurs for their full-bodied structure, refined minerality, and radiant elegance—expressing a vision of Champagne that is both timeless and deeply artistic.

The 2013 vintage marks a special milestone in the more than century-long journey of the Champagne Salon — a maison renowned for its rare production philosophy and rigorous quality standards, having released only 44 vintages to date. The decision to bottle the 2013 vintage once again confirms the exceptional quality and long-term development potential of this year. With its elegant balance and crisp purity, the 2013 Champagne Salon sits alongside the generosity of the 2007 and the exemplary structure of the 2012, creating a rare and impressive vertical tasting experience.
Set in an intimate and elegant setting, the evening featured carefully selected culinary pairings designed to highlight the wine’s layers of flavor.
