We are delighted to share that Imperial Caviar Berlin was honored to be a part of the Three Michelin-starred Gastronomic Dinner, held at Le Beaulieu – the iconic French restaurant at the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi. This special evening marked the reunion of two outstanding culinary talents: Chef Viki Geunes from Zilte (3 Michelin stars, Belgium) and Chef Charles Degrendele, Executive Chef of Le Beaulieu. Together, they created a culinary journey that celebrated the bold creativity, virtuosity and timeless beauty of haute cuisine.

The historic setting of Le Beaulieu, with its 124 years of heritage, was the perfect setting for a one-of-a-kind event. The menu of the night was a tribute to the pinnacle of culinary art, with each dish using rare ingredients, meticulously prepared and telling emotional stories through flavour. It was a testament to the transformative power of fine dining – where every detail, from presentation to ingredient pairing, is executed with the utmost care and craftsmanship.

One of the highlights of the evening was the presentation of Imperial Caviar Berlin’s Ossetra caviar, known for its complex flavours, rich texture and subtle depth. When paired with carefully selected ingredients, our caviar brought a new layer of elegance and distinction – highlighting the core spirit of the event: a celebration of craftsmanship, transparency of origin and the pursuit of perfection in every dish.

Among the most impressive dishes of the evening, diners were treated to Imperial Caviar Berlin’s Ossetra caviar — a subtle touch that elevated the entire dining experience. With its rich, nuanced flavor and smooth texture, our caviar was perfectly paired with a menu of artfully crafted French culinary creations.
